Thomas Otter posted a quick congratulations to the Aussie Cricket Team for dominating the World Cup. Now I love sports, but cricket is a game I have not yet experienced... heck, I don't even understand the rules. Is it just now getting big in the US?? (or so I'm told) Its got a be big... after all, some one even posted a comment in response to the post
that come 2011 we have a well organised tournament.
I've always said that SAP was a great place to work simply for the great exposure to other cultures and mind sets, but we haven't cracked the "Cricket Code"... guess we still have a lot of work to do.
Cricket is just like baseball (except cricket goes over 5 days) - grab a beer and chips and just watch the players go at it each other.
It's just like chess.
